BOOKING POLICY

Along with an initial confirmation email sent at the time of booking, an SMS courtesy reminder will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that upon booking, you are agreeing to our booking & cancellation policies. 

ARRIVAL

If this is your first time visiting Lou Lou, please allow extra time before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork and for you to sit, relax and get comfortable before your treatment. If you arrive late, please understand that your treatment will be adjusted accordingly or possibly cancelled. 

 

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required for every appointment. You will receive an email or SMS link from Fresha to pay your deposit, or alternatively, you can call us and pay your deposit over the phone. Your appointment is not secure until your deposit has been paid.

You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours for small appointments and 48 hours for appointments exceeding one hour. If you cancel or reschedule within this time you will lose your deposit.

If your deposit is not paid, it will be automatically cancelled.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You will receive an SMS or email reminder 48 hours before your appointment, which is when you should notify us if you need to cancel.

 

If you call to cancel and we are unable to get to the phone at that time, please leave a voicemail, so we have a timestamp for your cancellation to avoid these charges. Or alternatively, send us an email, message through let's chat on our website or send a DM on instagram.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

If you cancel on the day, including hours or minutes before your appointment, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. Yes, this policy applies if you are unwell.

 

It is almost impossible to fill appointment with such short notice, and people on our waitlist miss out.

 

All no shows will require pre-payment before their next appointment. 

 

GROUP BOOKINGS

Bookings are essential for groups. Group bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellations within 48 hours prior to your appointment.  

 

Dietary requirements must be submitted 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure we cater your needs for light refreshments. Please arrive early to fill out any necessary paperwork. 

GIFT VOUCHERS

TREAT VOUCHERS LIKE CASH! If you loose your gift voucher, you will not be provided with a new one. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Please email us if you would like to book using your gift voucher, online deposits will not be refunded.

VOUCHER POLICY

Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking and will be forfeited if you should fail to show up or fail to notify us of a change in circumstances at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for small bookings and 48 hours for bookings exceeding one hour.

SALON ETIQUETTE 

Lou Lou provides a relaxing space, for clients to instantly relax and unwind. Please respect other clients within the salon, and their rights to privacy and relaxation. Please ensure that phones are on silent whilst in the salon.
