ARRIVAL

If this is your first time visiting Lou Lou, please allow extra time before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork and for you to sit, relax and get comfortable before your treatment. If you arrive late, please understand that your treatment will be adjusted accordingly or possibly cancelled. 

 

DEPOSITS

A 40% deposit is required for every appointment. You will receive an SMS link to pay your deposit. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable, if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours for small appointments (less than an hour) or if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours for long appointments (exceeding one hour).  

 

GROUP BOOKINGS

Bookings are essential for groups. Group bookings require a deposit to be paid upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellations within 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Dietary requirements must be submitted 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure we cater your needs for light refreshments. Please arrive early to fill out any necessary paperwork. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

If your appointment is 15-45 minutes, we require a 24 hour notice period.

If your appointment is one hour or more - we require a 48 hour notice period.

 

If you cancel within these times, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you cancel on the day, including hours or minutes before your appointment, or fail to show you will be required to pay the entire amount of your appointment and yes, unfortunately, this same policy applies if you are unwell. It is almost impossible to fill appointment with such short notice.

NO SHOW

If you fail to show up to your appointment at Lou Lou, the full amount of your service will be charged to your card. You will receive an SMS and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment, which is when you should notify us if you need to cancel. Lou Lou is an extremely busy salon, and when we receive no shows, it is too late to call people on our waitlist. All no shows are charged the amount and will require pre-payment before your next appointment.

At Lou Lou, we always strive to offer high quality, advanced treatments and equipment for our clients in a constantly evolving industry and market. Our prices may change over time to ensure we can continue to offer services of the highest standard.

GIFT VOUCHERS

TREAT VOUCHERS LIKE CASH! Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are valid for three years after the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking and will be forfeited if you should fail to show up or fail to notify us of a change in circumstances at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for small bookings and 48 hours for bookings exceeding one hour. 

* YOU CAN NOT USE LOU LOU GIFT VOUCHERS FOR ANY SUBCONTRACTING BUSINESSES WITHIN LOU LOU (COSMETIC INJECTABLES, ELITE LASER SERVICES, MASSAGES WITH PATRICE ETC)

Lou Lou provides a relaxing space, for clients to instantly relax and unwind. Please respect other clients within the salon, and their rights to privacy and relaxation. Please ensure that phones are on silent whilst in the salon.
